Who we are. Selfquake is run by Alex Dogliotti. Contact: support@selfquake.com.

What we collect. Your first name, email, job title, years of experience, industry, company size, age band, how you split your week, approximate country (from your connection), which link brought you to the site (for example a newsletter link), and what you say in your conversation with Grace, converted to text, with how long each answer took.

Why. To run your conversation, create your report and improve Grace. If you tick the box to add your answers to my research ("Help me map the Selfquake"), also to produce anonymised, aggregate research on how AI is changing working lives, including from conversations you don't finish. If you join the newsletter, to send you one email a week.

Who processes it. Anthropic (AI conversation and report), OpenAI (speech to text; it doesn't keep the recording, and neither do we), Vercel (hosting and anonymous counts of page visits), our database provider, and our email provider. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it. Your conversation, report and profile are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Anonymised figures that can't identify you may be kept for research. If you join the newsletter, we keep your name and email until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@selfquake.com.
